FOR US ORDERS:
Please allow 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order for order processing and delivery of your item(s). You will receive an email from us confirming your order. You will also receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number upon actual shipment of item. If you would like to receive your item(s) by a certain time for a birthday or holiday, please e-mail us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Currently shipping and handling is FREE for all orders over $150 in the Continental US.
Each item from Shop InLiquid will be carefully wrapped for shipping and we will do everything we can to ensure that your item(s) arrives safely and in new condition.
All Orders under $30.00 are shipped via the Post Office with Delivery Confirmation, which only provides delivery confirmation, not tracking. This tells us when and where the package was delivered.
All Orders over $30.00 will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation and will be insured through the USPS for loss or damage. If your item arrived damaged, please contact us at shop@inliquid.com within two weeks of receiving your package so that we can file an insurance claim.
Express Shipping is available for an extra fee, please email us for rates.
There are no refunds on lost packages. This is something that will need to be filed with the Post Office.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THE US:
All Orders under $50.00 are shipped via First Class through the US Post Office, which provides a Package ID number.
All Orders over $50.00 are shipped via Priority Mail through the US Post Office, which provides a Tracking Number and usually a delivery time of a week or so.
Express Shipping is available for an extra fee, please email us for rates.
Shop InLiquid is not responsible for any International orders once they have been shipped. International delivery times vary from country to country; please note that recipients are responsible for taxes and duties. Please be aware of your countries postal service and keep in mind it can take anywhere from a week to months for a package to go through customs. However with that said we have had very few problems with shipping out of the US and most international customers receive their orders within 2 weeks after it has been shipped out.

ALL UK CUSTOMERS: Be aware you may be charged a VAT tax on all goods shipped to the UK. Shop InLiquid will mark all packages "merchandise" and list all items inside the package that is sent to you.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return new merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please e-mail us WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER at shop@inliquid.com to notify us of your return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE:
In an effort to conserve resources, whenever possible, Shop InLiquid re-uses boxes and packing materials for shipping and also uses recycled paper and cardboard products for shipping and administrative tasks.
