Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities
 
 

Volunteers various responsibilites include: registration/check-in, attending to food, serving drinks, floating (cleaning, directing), setting-up, cleaning-up, and check-out. Below is a list of tasks and how many people are needed for each.

Upcoming Volunteer Opportunities

InLiquid is seeking volunteers for InLiquid's Benefit v.11 Silent Auction, September 23-30, 2010

InLiquid's annual benefit keeps getting better and better! The party features over 220 works of art, and over 130 gift certificates and other items from an array of businesses. Benefit v.11 will be held from September 23 - 30, 2010 at the Crane Arts Building, 1400 N. American Street in Philadelphia.

Volunteer shifts are available from Wednesday September 13 through Sunday October 3. Check the schedules below and contact us with your availabilities. Volunteers will receive InLiquid bags as well as food and drink during the event, and admission to another event night during the benefit.

Volunteer Shifts:

INSTALLATION: Wednesday-Friday, September 15 - 17, 2010: 10-5pm. We are planning an evening shift as well. If only available in the evenings and interested installation, please contact us.; AND Monday-Tuesday, September 20-21, 2010: 10-5pm

CLEAN UP/ DE-STALL: Friday-Sunday, October 1- 3, 2010: 11-5pm

 

THURSDAY September 23   SHIFT 1 SHIFT 2
SET UP set up tables, chairs, signage, music, etc. 3-5:30pm  
VOLUNTEER CHECK IN sign in volunteers and send to station with information 5:15-8:45pm  
REGISTRATION sell tickets at the door 5:30-7:30pm 7:00-8:45pm
GREETER greet guests at door, help with registration 6-7:30pm 7:30-9pm
DRINKS serve drinks, set up & clean up bar area 5:30-7:30pm 7:15-9:30pm
FOOD set up and replenish food 5:30-7:30pm 7:15-9:30pm
FLOATER help where needed 6-9pm  
BID FLOATER helping guests with questions about bidding process, artwork, etc. 6-9pm  
ART HANDLERS Live auction art handling, taking to close out station, etc.   7:30-9:15pm
WRAPPERS pulling and wrapping art work   7:30-9:30pm
PHOTOGRAPHER photgraph event, burn CD after event for InLiquid 6-9pm  
CLOSE assisting with close of payments, pulling bid sheets, etc.   7-9:30pm
CLEAN UP put away tables, chairs, clean up trash, sweeping, etc.   8:30-10pm
       
SATURDAY September 25   SHIFT 1 SHIFT 2
